Description: In this class, you will learn to draw the human body and capture its proportions through guidance and practice with a live model. Drawing techniques will be utilized to help improve hand-eye coordination and develop a familiarity and increased mastery of the figure. 

About your Instructor: “I draw what calls to me. Often, a spark of an idea wriggles behind my eyes, irritating my brain until I’m compelled to sit and commit to bringing it into existence. With these particular pieces, I find the image comes out in a rush, spilling onto the paper and fusing the energy and idea into a corporeal form”. Lauren got her BFA in 2-Dimensional Studies at Weber State University in 2013.Lauren favors the traditional mediums of pencil and watercolor for her current work.
